Civil Ceremonies
We are happy to be able to offer facilities for Civil Ceremonies in our
Chapel. Wolski’s are also now able to offer ceremonies such as Baby
Naming and Renewal of Marriage Vows and Civil Partnership ceremonies.
To continue your celebrations we have a full range of menus and facilities
which will make your day complete.
To assist couples in the organisation of their marriage at Wolski’s
we have pleasure in enclosing guidance notes on the necessary formalities
issued by the Registrar Offices.
When booking your Wedding Ceremony you will also need to book a Superintendent
Registrar tele no. 01924 302185.
Please note the Registrars fee is a separate item which you should arrange
directly with their office. They are there to give you help and advice a
few days before the event, so ensure that you contact them to finalise any
outstanding points of procedure.
The room in which the ceremony is to take place must have no food or drink
in it and must not have been used for any other purposes at least one hour
prior to the event. On the day, it must be open and accessible to the public
both prior and during the ceremony. This is to allow for any objectors and
to comply with the law and a notice is to be displayed as to which room the
ceremony is taking place in and at what time.
You will have the private use of the Chapel which will be prepared for you
together with a separate room which will be used by the resitrar for some
of the formalities of the occasion.
